We are recruiting up to three Team England Coaches to join our performance staff and support England’s judo athletes in the build-up to, and during, the Games.
As a Team England Coach, you will play a pivotal role in preparing athletes for success. You will work collaboratively with GB coaches, personal coaches and performance staff to shape training and competition programmes, supporting fighters in their journey to selection and ensuring they are ready to perform at their best.
Your role will extend beyond the mat, from contributing to selection processes and delivering pre-Games training camps, to guiding athletes through final preparations and supporting them during the Games themselves. At every stage, you will help create a high-performance environment that inspires confidence and maximises performance.
This is more than a coaching role – it is an opportunity to be part of a team working towards something extraordinary. You will experience the intensity of international competition, the pride of representing England, and the chance to make a lasting impact on athletes at a pivotal stage in their careers. We are looking for coaches who embody British Judo’s values of respect, modesty, friendship, courage, courtesy, honour, honesty and self-control, and who are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all athletes.
If you are ready to be part of Team England’s journey to Glasgow 2026 and believe you can help our athletes achieve excellence, we would love to hear from you.
Closing date: Friday 31st October
Interviews: week commencing 17th November.
