Club Accelerator Day: Excellence
Building on the success of our well‑received Club Accelerator Day: Vision, this next stage of the journey is designed for clubs and businesses that are ready to move from identifying their ambitions to delivering them. Drawing on feedback from previous attendees, Club Accelerator Day: Excellence focuses on the practical actions, systems, and behaviours that help organisations deliver consistently high‑quality experiences and achieve sustainable growth.
Throughout the day, attendees will explore what excellence looks like within their own environment, review the experiences they provide to members and their workforce, and identify practical ways to strengthen recruitment, retention, engagement, and organisational effectiveness. Workshops will encourage reflection, discussion, and action planning, ensuring participants leave with tangible ideas they can implement immediately.
