A Guide to the modernised Dan Grading Syllabus Starting 1st January 2026 – 19 Oct 25 – Bristol

19^th October 12­-30 to 5pm. Patchway Judo Club, Patchway Youth Centre, Coniston Road, BRISTOL BS34 5JR

The course will look at the changes being implemented & how this will affect Grading Examinations.
The introduction to the new Techniques that have been added to the syllabus.

This course is primarily for Senior Examiners for which it is mandatory for their revalidation in January ’26 Coaches are welcome & will gain an understanding of the New Dan Grading Structure and the new IJF techniques.

The course is F O C and it is a licenced British Judo Coach Education/Revalidation Course.

The course will be conducted by Dave Horton Jones National Dan Grading Manager.
