Statement: Safeguarding Procedures

British Judo have recently been made aware of a web article being published on an external website criticising our Safeguarding team and procedures.
Although the article written contains numerous inaccuracies, we would like to take the time to reiterate our commitment to members that any safeguarding issues reported to our team are handled both seriously and confidentially in relation to Sport England regulations.
We do not, and will not, comment on individual cases being discussed in public domains.
