Davis withdraws from European Championships due to injury

Nekoda Davis has withdrawn from the 2017 European Judo Championships due to a thumb injury picked up at the Tbilisi Grand Prix. The -57kg judoka had a scan this week which revealed a ruptured ligament. She will now go into surgery next Monday and see a specialist who will advise on the return to play process going forward
