The weigh-in time for next weekend’s upcoming English Open for the Pre-Cadets and Cadets have now been announced ahead of the event at the University of Wolverhampton (Walsall Campus).

Weigh-in times will be as follows:

8:15am – 9:00am – Cadet Boys (-50kg, -55kg, -60kg)
9:30am – 10:15am – Cadet Boys (-42kg, -46kg, -66kg, -73kg, -81kg, -90kg, +90kg)
11:00am – 11:45am – Cadet Girls
12:30pm – 1:30pm – Pre-Cadet Boys
2:30pm – 3:00pm – Pre-Cadet Girls

The event will be hosted and run by Samurai Judo Club and as part of their club policy, there will be no charges for spectators to attend – admission will be free!

Medals will be presented for the various competitions throughout the day.

There is an expected overall finish time set for 5.30 pm currently. However, entries are still being received and under BJA competition rules for a Home Country ranking event, entry cannot be closed before the closing date. Strictly no entries will be accepted after the closing date.

A timetable will be published after the closing date.

The England Squad are running a randori day the day after the event at Walsall CoE and all players are invited to attend.
