Team Bath Athlete of the Month Award for Megan Fletcher

Pinewood star Megan Fletcher who won a Commonwealth gold medal for England in 2014, presented little Kiera Bateman from her home-club with the Richard Worth Cup for U18 girls in the Wokingham Sports Awards on Friday 28 November 2014.
Fletcher then awarded long serving Pinewood committee member Ravi Pang with the Unsung Hero award for her own work and years of service to the club.
She was then surprised with an award for her Path to Excellence in Sport award by the club.
In the month of October Megan, who trains full time at Bath University as well as working part-time as a Geography teacher, collected Team Bath athlete of the month award in the women’s category.
Megan trains full time at Bath and was among the athletics, judo, modern pentathlon, rugby and swimming personalities that all received Team Bath athlete of the month awards for October.
These particular awards were sponsored by Oakley and Ellis & Killpartrick to honour the sporting talent in Bath and each of the winners received a piece of Oakley eyewear from the Ellis & Killpartrick store in New Bond Street, Bath.
