Senior Vice-President Arthur Tomkinson Passes Away

It is with great sadness that we inform you that Arthur Tomkinson, died peacefully on Sunday 1st December 2013.

Arthur was Senior Vice-President of British Judo and will be greatly missed by many within the association and the wider sport of judo.
