Outlines now available for 2025 British Championships

The event outlines for the British Championships 2025 are now live, and anticipation is already building for what promises to be one of the most exciting weekends in British Judo this December.

Whether you are competing, coaching, supporting, or simply attending as a fan, the event outlines provide everything you need to start planning for this year’s British Championships.

Taking place on 13–14 December 2025 at the David Ross Sports Village, University of Nottingham, this year’s Championships will bring together Pre-Cadets, Cadets, Juniors and Seniors across a single action-packed weekend. With seven mats operating under one roof, the atmosphere promises to be electric, with bouts taking place back-to-back in a smooth, streamlined schedule.

This year’s Championships are particularly special, bringing all age categories together in one thrilling weekend. The introduction of multiple mats and an improved session structure highlights British Judo’s commitment to creating the best possible experience for competitors and supporters. The combination of tradition, competition and community spirit is what makes the Championships such a highlight in the judo calendar, and 2025 is set to raise the bar even higher.

To prepare, competitors and coaches are encouraged to download the outlines from the Event Hub, check their timings, and plan their travel.

Entries will officially open on Wednesday 17 September, and with spaces expected to fill quickly, early registration will be essential.
