Membership Dojo update
All members should have received a link to the new Dojo. Please use the link to take you to the log in page.
ALL members will need to reset their password when logging into the new Dojo for the first time. This can be done by entering your email address & then pressing the ‘forgot password?’ button.
Please do not press the ‘New member? Sign up here’ button as this will create a new profile.
If you have logged on to your account but cannot see your family members, please do not re-add members as it will make a brand-new membership. If you can’t see the additional members you were expecting, please email: email@example.com Please do not try and add them to your account as this will generate a duplicate account with a different membership number and details.
