Medals galore for GB judoka at SOGB National Summer Games












GB’s top Special Needs judoka made their way to Sheffield last week to take part in the 2017 Special Olympics GB National Summer Games on Wednesday 9 August.

41 judoka were in action on that day followed by two days of coaching and skills based team events.

A number of the top GB SN judoka were in action in Sheffield including Scotland’s Chris Murphy and Eastern Area’s Skye Westwood.

Both judoka came away with gold in their respective groups with Scotland winning 10 medals in total across both male and female categories with South East matching that total.
