
Latest update from the IJF on adaptation of refereeing rules

The International Judo Federation have released another update on the adaptation of refereeing rules for the Tokyo Olympic cycle from 2017 – 2020.
These rules apply for world ranking events and are currently going through a test period till the end of the Senior World Championships in Budapest from 28 August to 3 September.
The IJF will also be putting forward a proposal to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for the inclusion of a team event at the Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020.
