INVITATION TO TENDER (‘ITT’) FOR THE PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDITING SERVICES
TENDER REFERENCE: BJA/TA/2026
The British Judo Association is currently reviewing candidates for the provision of external auditing services.
Your company is invited to tender for the above-mentioned work.
The BJA is issuing this Invitation to Tender to identify and appoint a suitably qualified external auditor. The process will enable the BJA to assess each Tenderer’s relevant experience, proposed approach, capacity, quality and fees.
Tenders must be lodged in accordance with the Tender Conditions in the attached Tender Documents.
The responses to this Tender to be received by 5.00 p.m. on 1 September 2026 by email to Tim Ellis, Operations Director tim.ellis@britishjudo.org.uk
The subject heading of the email shall be:
“Confidential – Invitation to Tender for the Provision of External Auditing Services – Tender Reference: BJA/TA/2026 – Response – [Tenderer’s name]”
Electronic copies are to be submitted in PDF format.
Responses must be prepared in English and in the format(s) requested.
