Personal Safety and Self Defence using Judo Methodology and Physiology. This course is also for coaches wishing a qualification in this subject.

You can wear judogi or tracksuit for this course.

Bring your own drinks and food.

Cost is £30 for for Self Defence or £50 for the Kata being held the previous day also.
