### 1. Introduction and Definitions
1.1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of tickets for [British Judo Association Awards Dinner 2024] ("Event"), organised by [British Judo Association] ("Organiser").
1.2. "Ticket Holder" refers to the person who has purchased or received a ticket for the Event.

### 2. Ticket Purchase and Delivery

2.2. All prices include applicable taxes (VAT).
2.3. Ticket instructions and event details will be delivered electronically to the email address provided.

### 3. Ticket Use and Admission
3.1. Tickets are personal and non-transferable without the Organiser’s consent.
3.2. Entry to the Event requires a valid ticket and may be subject to age restrictions. ID may be required.

### 4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1. All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the Event is canceled or rescheduled.
4.2. In case of cancellation, the Organiser will notify Ticket Holders via email.
4.3. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule and lineup.

### 5. Prohibited Items and Conduct
5.1. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, illegal substances, and any items that are prohibited by law. The full list of prohibited items is in accordance with current UK legislation and venue regulations.
5.2. Attendees must adhere to venue rules and instructions from staff.
5.3. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for violation of these Terms.

### 6. Liability and Disclaimer
6.1. The Organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage except as required by law.
6.2. The Organiser is not responsible for events outside its control, including weather and strikes.

### 7. Data Protection and Privacy
7.1. Personal data collected will be used in accordance with the Organisers privacy policy [https://www.britishjudo.org.uk/privacy-policy/].
7.2. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the use of your data as described.

### 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

### 9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
9.1. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms. Any changes will be communicated via email.

###10. Photography, Videography and Audio Recording
10.1. By attending the Event, Ticket Holders consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded, including their voice.
10.2. The British Judo Association, as the Organiser, reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken at the Event for promotional, marketing, and other purposes.
10.3. Ticket Holders waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such media and consent to the Organiser’s use of their image, likeness and voice.

11. Minors and attendees under 18
11.1. If the Ticket Holder is under 18 years of age, the responsible person completing the ticket purchase or registration on their behalf (such as a parent or guardian) confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
11.2. The responsible person also consents to the minor’s attendance at the Event and agrees to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
11.3. By completing the ticket purchase or registration for a minor, the responsible person consents to the Organiser’s use of the minor's image, likeness, and voice as outlined in Section 10.
