Nage-no-kata course – Jurassic Judo, Weymouth – 15 Dec 24

The course will give an insight into the Nage-no-kata. It will be suitable for all levels and aims to provide an introduction for those without previous experience or to extend the knowledge of those with experience.

White judogi only.
