The course will give an insight into the Nage-no-kata. This is the kata required for 1st dan in the new BJA dan grade syllabus. It will be suitable for all levels and aims to provide an introduction for those without previous experience or to extend the knowledge of those with experience and to prepare candidates for assessments.
