Details:
IJF Kodokan Kata. 21 techniques. Intended for grappling of armoured warriors. Performed by both partners imagining they are clad in armour and stresses the importance of breaking balance. Opportunity at the end of the course for examination, a fee of £10 will be charged for BJA certificate. Course restricted to 8 places, due to limited tatami space. White Judogi only.
