Course Content:

IJF Kodokan Kata. 21 techniques. A modern self defence/unarmed combat kata developed in the 1950s covering empty handed techniques to attacks with weapons. Opportunity at the end of the course for examination, a fee of £10 will be charged for BJA certificate. Course restricted to 8 places, due to limited tatami space. White Judo gi only. Bring a packed lunch as no catering facilities available.
