The course will give an insight into the Kime-no-kata. This is the kata required for 4th dan in the new BJA dan grade syllabus. It will be suitable for all levels and aims to provide an introduction for those without previous experience or to extend the knowledge of those with experience and to prepare candidates for assessments. Please bring your own weapons (bokken and tanto) or let the organiser know if you would like to borrow weapons.

White judogi only.
