The course will give an insight into the Katame-no-kata. This is the kata required for 2nd dan in the new BJA dan grade syllabus. It will be suitable for all levels and aims to provide an introduction for those without previous experience or to extend the knowledge of those with experience and to prepare candidates for assessments.
