Clear values sit at the heart of effective leadership and sustainable growth. In this bitesize lunchtime webinar, Ben Almond, author of Judo Thinking, will introduce the first of the Four Models of Judo Thinking and show how values can be applied practically in everyday leadership, coaching, and business decision‑making.

The session will focus on the Kata Pillars, exploring how structured practice supports clarity, consistency, and progress. Participants will also be introduced to The Great Eight and the four dimensions of value: intention, action, self, and others.

You will build an understanding of value perception and value enablers, and learn how value‑based Judo Thinking principles can be used to guide behaviour, leadership choices, and coaching conversations in real situations.

You’ll learn how to:
