Join us for a full day dedicated to the education and development of coaches working with female judoka. This interactive day will explore key topics that impact athlete wellbeing, performance, and long-term development.

Programme highlights include:

• Fuelling a Female Judoka – Nutrition strategies for training and competition.

• Menstrual Cycle Session – Understanding how to support athletes through training phases.

• S&C, Physiology & Growth in Female Athletes – Practical insights for safe and effective development.

• Coach Conversations – Sharing experiences, challenges, and solutions.

• Panel Discussion & Q&A – Your chance to ask the experts.

This event is also a fantastic networking opportunity for coaches, parents and athletes to connect, share knowledge, and discuss how we can better support girls and women in judo.

Please note: While the content will focus on the female judoka, this event is open to everyone – all genders, ages, and experience levels are welcome.
