Course Title: Finding Your Feet for those with Parkinsons

Cost: The sessions are free
Course Description: A practical session with Wayne McDonald a leading coach in the area that will aim to help participants lessen the impact of a fall using basic Judo ‘Breakfall’ techniques, as well as improving balance and coordination. There will also be the opportunity for a free coffee/tea after the session.
