The conference is only for BJA Club Welfare Officers (CWO) and University Judo Clubs Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL). There is a conference for BJA Stakeholders, staff, clubs and partners on 30th October ( See event listing).

Theme: ‘Celebrating BJA SG Approach ‘child to adulthood’ :with a celebration on our Four Nation approach to safeguarding

This year we will be underpinning our conference by celebrating the CPSU Safe Sport Week Keeping Your Child Safe in Sport campaign | CPSU which takes place from 6 to 10 October 2025 and Ann Craft Trust Safeguarding Adults Week 17 – 21 November 2025 Safeguarding Adults Week 17 – 21 November 2025 – Ann Craft Trust

This course is free of charge and will be facilitated online.

Facilitators will include external safeguarding organisations who support BJA (as an NGB) with its safeguarding agenda
