It was a day to remember for many of the 287 competitors in action today at the British Championships.
The Cadet Boys and Pre Cadet Girls competitions took place today at the English Institute for Sport in Sheffield.
Despite the threat of the venue lighting going out because of power issues with major events across the city, the judo on display was of a high standard and there was plenty of action for the Sheffield crowd to enjoy.
The Pre Cadet Boys and Cadet Girls will be in action tomorrow.
