British Judo thanks stakeholders for their support at the British Open
July 14, 2015
Following the British Open’s debut at The SSE Arena, Wembley last weekend, British Judo would like to pay a special thanks to all those involved who helped make it such a special event.
“I would like to express my personal thanks to all of the volunteers, the EJU, our sponsors Cimac and PharmaNutricals, the Police and the production team for all their hard work in helping us put on a fantastic event”, said British Judo CEO Andrew Scoular.
“A special thanks should also go to The SSE Arena for hosting us and of course the athletes.
“Their performances throughout the weekend were thoroughly enjoyed by all the supporters who created a great atmosphere for the whole weekend.
“There should also be an honorary mention for our Mascot Jimmy Judoka who also made his debut over the weekend”, Scoular added.
