British Judo launch Online Learning and Information Portal
June 30, 2015
British Judo are pleased to announce the launch of it’s new On-line Learning & Information Portal.
The portal enables coaches to complete a number of online courses including Coach Clean, How to Coach: Plan, Do, Review and Inspiring Positive Behaviour in Sport.
Some of the modules will be certificated and will qualify as coach revalidation events.
“The new online facility now on offer is in response to the ever evolving digital age and to provide learning opportunities for coaches in a more cost and time effective way”, said Joyce Heron, British Judo’s Education and Training Manager.
“Currently there are only a few sports coach UK courses available (e.g. Safeguarding and Protecting Children), these will be expanded at a later date to include judo specific courses and other sports coach courses. Coming soon will be a refresher ‘First Aid’ judo course”, Joyce added.
The portal can be accessed anytime, anywhere saving you time and expense.
You can access the British Judo Online Learning and Information Portal by clicking here or by clicking on the “Get Involved” tab on the navigation bar above, then Coaching.
