BJA Dojo Worldpay Payment Issues

We have recently received feedback from NEST Management that members using the British Judo membership dojo are experiencing issues when attempting to make a payment through WorldPay.

We have received the following statement from NEST:

“Some members have not been able to make payments via our Worldpay portal link with some attempted payments failing. Following a vigorous investigation and phone calls with Worldpay, we have established that this is a global problem with Worldpay (FIS Global) and not the British Judo membership dojo.

Worldpay acknowledges that this change has caused disruption and has assured us that this issue will be fixed in the next 3 to 4 days. Please note that this issue is not affecting all members and only select transactions have failed. If you have attempted to make a payment which has failed, please try again once the Worldpay issues have been resolved.

We continue to remain in constant contact with Worldpay in an effort to get this fixed quickly. There will be an update as soon as the system is back up and running normally.”
