Gemma Lumsdaine is an advocate, and wheelchair rugby player on the GB Pathway. She is passionate about advancing accessibility, inclusion, and equal opportunities for disabled people. Drawing on both lived experience and professional expertise, Gemma works to influence policy, improve services, and drive meaningful change. Alongside her professional work, she is dedicated to high-performance sport, using her platform to inspire others and champion inclusive sport and physical activity.
