L1 – The NI No Gi 2026

Venue: Carnmoney Primary School: Carnmoney Rd, Newtownabbey BT36 6LB

Players must be minimum of 14 years of age or older.
Contest Duration: 4 minutes
Players will be put into pools of 3, 4, 5 or 6 based upon their gender, age, grade, weight & competition experience with the aim to create meaningful contests and provide fighters with as much contest time as possible.

Weigh In/ Registration:

9:30-10.00am – Registration

10:00-10:30am – Coaching rules session and warm-up

10:30am – Competition Start
