Developed by Keidokwai Judo Club, Blackpool. Beginners and established Judo players welcome!

9:00-9:15

Registration

9:30-11:30

Warm up, exercises & games followed by technical content. Players can expect an open mat style environment to develop their own Judo with input from experienced female coaches in a holistic learning environment.

11:30-12:00
Lunch (please bring your own snacks, lunch and water).

12:00-13:00

Technical Masterclass (details TBC)

13:10-14:30

Randori session for all ages! Open to all levels!

£10 per person* full day!

£5 randori only!
