NHC Kime no kata course – 22 Feb 26 – Wokingham

The aim of this course is to introduce players to Kime-no-kata (the kata of real fighting). This kata consists of 15 techniques and it teaches the theory of the skilful application of flexibility in order to defeat strength and it was developed to study how to lift up a body and understand the ways of different fighting methods. Ju no Kata was developed at the Kodokan in 1887.

This is a British Judo Association Licensed Coach Education Course which is worth one credit. All applicants must hold a current FULL BJA (or affiliated body) membership & be a minimum grade of 3rd Kyu (Green Belt). Ideally you would attend with a partner to practice with, however we will endeavour to pair up individuals who attend the course.
