Practical Coaching Experience of Alternative Skills for Performance from Wrestling

A practical exploration of ideas for transfer of content from Wrestling warm-ups to support physical mobility, strength and prehab for judo

Following a short break, we will then have Wrestling Technical session exploring the rules of Wrestling, technical elements such as hand wrestling, clinch, 2-on-1, grappling, transition etc – your imagination to questioning Coaches Oksana, Jit and Myroslav being your only limitation.

The session is aimed at Performance coaches, but all coaches welcome and you will be taking to the mat alongside our World Class Performance Team Coaches.

This is a British Judo Association Licensed Coach Education/Revalidation Course. This course is free of charge to attend with spaces limited to 30 coaches.
