Course Description:

To encourage BJA judo players and potential members to participate in the sport of judo in a non-contact (novice) or contact (experienced player’s) style while working to the beat of music.

Participants are encouraged to bring a lap top or other device so they can down load resources from a ‘Stick’ with videos etc on it.

The workshop is open to non-judo players.

This is a British Judo Association Licenced Coach Education/Revalidation Course
