The 2016 British Championships for Junior and Senior are taking place on Saturday 10th December 2016 (Juniors) and Sunday 11th December 2016 (Seniors) at the English Institute of Sport, Sheffield.

Junior
Registration and weigh-in: 19:00hrs – 20:00hrs Friday 9th December 2016 at EIS, Sheffield.
Junior Men: U55kg, U60kg, U66kg, U73kg, U81kg, U90kg, U100kg, O100kg:
Junior Women: U44kg, U48kg, U52kg, U57kg, U63kg, U70kg, U78kg, O78kg:
All competitors MUST bring their VALID judo licence (BJA or affiliate) to registration and also their record book showing they meet the minimum grade.
Players must weigh-in wearing underwear and will receive a 0.1kgs weight allowance.
Players must satisfy the minimum weight limit for their category, ie for U73kg must weigh over 66.1kg.
Please note: Gold and Silver medallists from the 2016 Junior British Championships held on Saturday 10th December 2016 will be invited to enter the 2016 Senior British Championships on Sunday 11th December 2016.
All juniors that weigh-in and competed in the 2016 Junior British Championships on Saturday 10th December 2015 must register and weigh-in for the Senior event during the allocated times, but they will not be required to make their weight category limit.
Random weigh-in: Saturday 10th December 08:30hrs – 09:15hrs.
Competition: Saturday 10th December 2016 9:30hrs.
Senior
Registration and weigh-in: 18:00hrs – 19:00hrs Saturday 10th December 2016 at EIS, Sheffield
Senior Men – U60kg, U66kg, U73kg U81kg, U90kg, U100kg, O100kg
Senior Women – U48kg, U52kg, U57kg, U63kg, U70kg, U78kg, O78kg
All competitors MUST bring their VALID judo licence (Team Card/Licence Slip) to registration and also their record book so their grade can be verified.
Players must compete in the category they have qualified their spot. Players must also satisfy the minimum weight limit for their category, ie for U73kg must weigh over 66.0kg. Please note: All juniors that weigh-in and competed in the 2016 Junior British Championships on Saturday 10th December 2016 must register and weigh-in for the Senior event during their allocated time (above) but they will not be required to make their weight category limit.
Random weigh-in: Sunday 11th December – 08:30hrs – 09:15hrs.
Competition: Sunday 11th December 2016 – 9:30hrs.

Adult Weekend Ticket: £15 / Concession (under 16’s and OAP’s) Weekend Ticket: £7.50
Spectator tickets are available at EIS, Sheffield from 08:00am during the event weekend (10th and 11th December 2016)
