Tim Ellis, Performance Pathway Manager said:“After a fantastic few months, we are really pleased to announce the fighters identified for the Cadet European Championships. This year has seen more fighters than previous meet the selection criteria, meaning that the identifications were really difficult decisions. We are really confident that the team is capable of performing well out in Porec and this is another steppingstone on the way to their Junior and Senior careers.
“The fact that so many cadets are performing so well is a real reflection on the clubs, the personal coaches and the Home Nation programmes as well as the fighters involved, and a huge credit goes to those people.”
