DESCRIPTION:In 2023 British Judo launched the Finding Your Feet programme\, giving coaches an opportunity that not only enhances a coaching portfolio but also allows them to make a significant impact upon individuals’ lives in within their community. \nDeveloped in collaboration with the University of Hertfordshire and Anglia Ruskin University\, “Finding Your Feet”\, is a program designed to revolutionise how we approach falls among older adults. \nWe are now pleased to launch the second batch of “Finding Your Feet” Coach Education Workshop. These workshops are designed to help coaches upskill in delivering safer falls/falls prevention sessions to elderly participants. \nLearn the essential techniques and strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of your participants while enhancing their physical fitness and confidence. \nDon’t miss out on this valuable workshop that will equip you with the knowledge and tools to make a positive impact in the lives of our senior community members. \nCost: £30 \nDate/Times: 5th October 2025 – 10:00-14:00 \nVenue: Chichester Ronin Judo Club\, The New Dojo.
