DESCRIPTION:Midland Area Kata Masterclass 2026 – Katame-No-Kata \n– with Lewis Hannington & Jim Compton \nLocation:  British Judo National Performance Centre\, Walsall\, West Midlands WS1 3BD \nThis course will introduce players to Katame-No Kata\, which satisfies the Kata requirements for 2nd Dan. (Level 1 certificate is required for competitive\, Level 2 for Technical). \nAttendees can be assessed up to level 3\, but must have had 6 months between each examination level. \nThis is a British Judo Association licensed coach education course worth one credit for revalidation. \nAll applicants must hold a current FULL BJA membership and be a minimum grade of 10th Mon or 3rd Kyu (Green Belt). \nWhite judogi are to be worn on the day. 6th Dan and above are requested to wear their black belt. \nBook here: https://www.trybooking.com/uk/GBGI \nLimited to 60 places. \nCost: £30 \n(£25 with early bird booking discount until 31st March.
