Shaping the Future seminars back by popular demand

Back by popular demand, the Shaping the Future seminars return in March with two sessions.

Olympic and World medallist Yoko Tanabe, 7^th Dan, is delivering a technical session at the event alongside former GB international judoka Sam Dunkley, 5^th Dan, who will look at how to use animal movement patterns to build members basic fitness and strength in a fun and engaging way.

Saturday 16th March will see the first Shaping the Future seminar hosted at Bishops Stortford Judokwai.

The day is open to all coaches and members with a minimum of a green belt who are aged 12+.

The seminar also acts as a coach revalidation.
