The legend Neil Adams MBE 9th Dan delivered a world class, bang up to date, seminar on Sunday at High Wycombe, a spiritual home of British Judo. 

Neil is a supervisor to the International Judo Federation Refereeing Commission and plays a pivotal role in the rules changes, their interpretation and implementation. 

With an excellent turn out of over 50 dedicated and committed coaches, Neil went through various topics including gripping, tachi-waza into newaza transition, breaking down an opponent’s defence; for example when they have an extreme stances and/or posture.  

Neil also gave an insight behind the philosophy and decision making of the International Judo Federations desire to promote positive action and to punish negativity.
