Pride Judo Club to host special randori to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease charity

On Sunday 10th May 2015 Pride Judo Club will be hosting a special randori to raise funds on behalf of Jackie Higginson (née Healy) for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).
Jackie who has motor neurone disease, was a top junior and senior female judoka and trained regularly with top GB female judo players. Jackie was renowned for her fearless and determined attitude in the dojo and on the mat.
Speaking ahead of the event, senior coach and founder of Pride Judo Club Lionel Hibbert said: “I wanted to do something special so I came up with the mass senior randori idea to raise money and awareness of the disease”.
All proceeds from the event including entrance fee as well as merchandise available on the day, will go to the MNDA.

Entry Donation: £10.00 each
