What’s involved on an Officiating Course?
Judo officiating courses are run on a single day with separate courses for Timekeeper/Scorer, Contest Recorder and Senior Recorder. Timekeeper qualifications may also follow an on-the-job training mechanism only supported with an attendance record form completed for satisfactory performance.
Competition Controller qualification is obtained via a two-year on the job training programme.
Candidates sit an assessment paper at the end of each course attended.
