Following a meeting of the Selection Panel, and the subsequent ratification from the Performance Advisory Group (PAG), the 2 athletes highlighted meet the -63kg weight category selection criteria outlined in the 2020 Senior European Championships Selection Policy document AND the GBJUDO -63kg Way Forward document, and have therefore been selected to represent Great Britain at the 2020 Senior European Championships to be held from 1-3 May 2020, in Prague, Czech Republic:

The Final Selections for the 2020 Senior European Championships will be made and announced in week 15, week commencing 6th April. All selections will be dependent on athletes adhering to the BJA’s Performance Programme and Code of Conduct Policy.
As part of their preparation for the 2020 Senior European Championships, ALL selected athletes (following the second stage selection) MUST attend the European Preparation Camp from 17-21 April at the British Judo Centre of Excellence in Walsall. Further details for the European Preparation Camp (including the Outline Programme) will be circulated in due course.
As per the 2020 Senior European Championships selection procedure, all selected athletes MUST wear Adidas Judogi that will be (or already has been) provided by British Judo. Athletes will be required to supply and fix their own backpatches to their Adidas Judogi.
