The International Judo Federation has launched its brand new JudoFit Kids Golden League for judoka aged 14 and under. If you love judo then this is for you.

Ensure you are warmed up and ready to face other youngsters across the world. While this is an individual competition, you can also help your country to qualify to be the best team by nation.

Every Thursday is ‘New Challenge Day’, when two new challenges will be revealed. All you have to do is accept the challenge, perform it and post your video. That’s it!

By participating in these challenges, you can set goals and earn golden trophies and personalised golden cards. In total there are 15 trophies and cards to be earned.

At the end of the competition, the top performers will be entered into a draw to win bonus prizes.
