This kata consists of a range of traditional Nage-Waza (Throwing Techniques). SUMMARY:Kodokan Koshiki No Kata - 22 Mar 26 - Rochdale
DESCRIPTION:The aim of this course is to introduce players to Koshiki-No-Kata (Forms of Antiquity). This kata preserves the classical techniques of Judo as derived from Kito-Ryu Jujutsu and demonstrates the principles of balance\, posture\, and efficient movement\, originally practiced in amour. \nKoshiki-No-Kata consists of two sets: \n\nOmote (Front Forms)\nUra (Rear Forms)\n\nTogether\, these sets contain 21 techniques\, illustrating fundamental concepts such as control of centre\, timing\, use of gravity\, and adaptation to an armored opponent.
