This kata consists of 12 techniques against an unarmed attacker & 9 techniques against an armed attacker. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your knowledge & understanding of how Judo skills can be used for self-defence. \nThe course and will cover the Kata requirements of Sections 7\, 8 or 9 of the Technical Dan Grade examination. \nThis is a British Judo Association Licensed Coach Education Course which is worth one credit. \nThe course is limited to 10 places\, due to the size of the tatami. \nAll applicants must hold a current FULL BJA membership & be a minimum grade of 3rd Kyu (Green Belt). \nIdeally you would attend \nFurther information available from: petewhitfield62@gmail.com \nThis is a British Judo Association Licensed Coach Education Course
