It provides a clear and practical introduction to safeguarding\, helping young leaders understand their responsibilities\, recognise signs of concern\, and know what to do if they are worried about a child’s safety or wellbeing. \nThrough real-life scenarios and discussion\, participants will explore boundaries\, appropriate behaviours\, reporting processes and how to create safe\, positive environments for everyone involved in sport.
