This kata consists of 8 Idori (Kneeling Techniques) & 12 Tachiai Techniques. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your knowledge & understanding of the way in which Judo skills were traditionally used in serious combat situations. \nThis is a British Judo Association Licensed Coach Education Course which is worth one credit. \nThe course is limited to 10 places\, due to the size of the tatami. \nAll applicants must hold a current FULL BJA membership & be a minimum grade of 3rd Kyu (Green Belt). \nIdeally you would attend with a partner to practice with\, however we will endeavour to pair up individuals who attend the course. \nFurther information available from: petewhitfield62@gmail.com \nThis is a British Judo Association Licensed Coach Education Course
