DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n  \n1st February 2026 – 10:00-15:00 – Elizabeth Woodville School\, Roade\, Northamptonshire\, NN7 2LP \nThe aim of this course is to introduce players to Nage-No-Kata (Forms of Throwing). This kata consists of a range of traditional Nage-Waza (Throwing Techniques).
